Day 01: Arrive Delhi - transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02: Delhi/Rishikesh ( 225 kms 5/6hrs
) - After early breakfast, leave Delhi
for Rishikesh
'The City of Nirvana'. Upon arrival Rishikesh check-in at hotel.
Rishikesh is
the most popular spiritual town in the Himalays, on
the bank of the holy riger Ganga. Unlike
other Indian holy cities, it offers a
profound spiritual expedition of both body and
mind. Afternoon tour of the city which include
Laxman Jhoola, Ram Jhoola, Swargashram, Bharat
Mandir, Geeta Bhavan and Triveni Ghat where
the evening becomes solemn and gets spectacular
with
"Sandhya Ganga Aarti" scenes which one must not miss.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 03: In Rishikesh. After breakfast, visit Shivananda Ashram. Afternoon visit
Anandamayi Ma's samadhi in Kankhal, near Haridwar. Thereafter visit
Haridwar (25 kms from Rishikesh) by road. The name Haridwar
"Door of Vishnu" dates
from about 1400 yrs. It is where legend has placed
Vishnu'sfootprint on the bank of the holy river
giving it its sanctity.

The Kumbh Mela is held and every 6 years Ardha Kumbh. Visit Mansa Devi Temple &
Hari-ki-Pauri,
the place where Vishnu is believed to have left his
footprint. Part of the Gangahas been diverted here
and this later becomes the canal. Bathing here is
believed to cleanse all sins. One can also offers
rituals here at the ghat. Later in the evening visit
to Har-ki-Paori - the sacred Ghat to witness the "Ganga
Arti". After Arti return back to Riskikesh for Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Rishikesh/Ranachatti - After
breakfast, leave Rishikesh by car at 0730 hrs. for
Ranachatti. Aarrive Ranachatti by 1500 hrs.& check-in at
Hotel Chauhan
Tourist Lodge.
Ranachatti, 18
kms. before Yamunotri, is a scenic spot on the banks of
river Yamuna and is the confluence of Hanuman Ganga &
Yamuna rivers.Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Ranachatti/Yamunatri/Ranachatti (06
kms trek ). After breakfast leave
Ranachatti by road & Trek (6 kms. trek). Arrive Yamunatri
& visit the temples. The temple of
Yamunotri
falls on the left bank and was originally constructed by Maharaj Pratap
Shah of Tehri Garhwal. Near the temple are three hot springs. The
most important, Surya Kund, is a tank full of boiling water into
which rice and potatoes are dipped to be cooked and taken as
"prasad". Near the Kund, a rock slab, the "Divya Shila" is worshipped
before puja is offered to the black marble idol of Yamuna. The
shrine of Yamunotri is one of the "four dhams" of Uttaranchal .The
source of Yamuna lies above 1 km. ahead at an altitude of
about 4421 meters. Ater visiting Yamunatri, return back
to Ranachatti by Trek and Car and back to the hotel
by 1700 hrs. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Ranachatti /Uttarkashi (120
kms. 5 hrs.) -After breakfast, leave Ranachati at 0730 hrs.for
Uttarkashi. On arrival Uttarkashi around 1400 hrs., check-in
at
Hotel Akash Ganga/Tourist Lodge. Uttarkashi is an important pilgrimage centre equated with Varanasi or Kashi in divinity. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Uttarkashi/ Gangotri/Dharoli - After early breakfast leave Uttarkashi for
Gangotri (100
kms.3/4 hrs.) - the source of river Bhagirathi is one of the most
pious Hindu pilgrimage. Visit the temple of Gangotri. As the
legend goes, Raja Bhagirath used to worship Lord Shiva at
the sacred stone near which the temple is located. It is believed
that Goddes Ganga first descended to earth from Heaven, at
this stone. Also visit submerged Shivling. Submerged in the
river, this natural rock Shivling is the place where
according to mythology, Lord Shiva sat when he received the Ganga
in his meted locks. Thereafter drive to Dharoli ( 17 kms.45
mnts.) and check-in at
Hotel Shivalik/Tourist Bungalow. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Dharoli/Rudraprayag (250 kms. & 7 hrs.)
- After breakfast leave Dharuli for Radurapraya& on arrival check-in at
Hotel Shangrila/Tourist Bungaloe. Evening
visit Raduraprayag situated at the confluence of Alaknanda
& Mandakini rivers. Overnight hotel.
Day 09:
Rudraprayag/Gaurikund/Kedarnath. After
breakfast leave Rudraprayag for Gaurikund (75 kms.3 hrs.).
Gaurikund is the base for trek to Kedarnath. The village has a
temple dedicated to Gauri and hot water springs. Leave Gaurikund
for Kedarnath by Tr
ek ( 14 kms.) around 2 PM. Arrive Kedanath by 5 PM & check at
Hotel Punjab Sindh/Himachal House. Evening visit
Kedarnath Shrine,
one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot
situated against backdrop of the majestic
Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva,
the protector and the destroyer. Shiva is considered
the embodiment of all passion & love. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10: Kedarnath/Gaurikund/Rudraprayag. After
breakfast, leave Kedarnath by 8 AM for return journey to Rudraprayag
via Gaurikund by Trek & Car. On arrival Rudraprayag
by 3 PM, check in at
Hotel Shangrila.
Overnight at hotel.
Day11: Rudraprayag/Badrinath (165 kms.7 hrs.) After breakfast leave Rudraprayag for Badrinath at 0800hrs. enroute visiting
Nandprayag &
Karanprayag situated at the confluence of Alknanda and Mandakini rivers. On arrival Badrinath around 3 PM, check in at
Hotel Sarovar Portico Narayan Palace. Later in the evening visit Badrinath temple.
Badrinath
is one of the four dhams of the Hindus and is situated at an
elevation of 3,133 meters above sea level, guarded on either
side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan
with the towering Neelkant Peak providing a slendid
back-drop. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Badrinath/Joshimath/Pipalkoti
( 85 kms. 5 hrs.) Early morning can re-visit Badrinath
Temple. After breakfast leave Badrinath by Car for Pipalkoti
with
stop on way at Joshimath where
Adi Guru Shankaracharya, came
all the way from South of India in the 8th Century A.D,
perform penance under a tree here and after getting
enlightenment, established a Math (religious centre), known
as "Joshimath". The name Joshimath is
derived from it. Temple of Narsingh & Nav Durga are
located here. On reaching Pipalkoti,check-in at
Hotel Uday Palace. Later explore the scenic beauty of Pipalkoti.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 13 Pipalkoti/Rishikesh (220 kms. 6 hrs.)-
After breakfast leave Pipalkoti for Rishikesh enroute visiting
Devprayag which
is a small town near Rishikesh. The place is famous being
the confluence point of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, where river
Ganga is
formed. The city is also known for a 10,000
years old temple of lord Rama. On arrival Rishikesh, check-in
at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 Rishikesh/Delhi (225 kms. 6 hrs.) - After breakfast leave Rishikesh for Delhi and on reaching Delhi visit
Swaminarayan Aksherdham Temple.
Later on proceed to hotel & check-in. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 Leave Delhi-
After breakfast full day sightseeing tour of Delhi including visit to
Lakshmi NarayanTemple. Evening transfer to Airport to connect
flight for onward destinantions
